Joshi With post graduation and MBA degree, he joined Foundation with domain expertise, knowledge, skill sets and a large network linkage with International Donor Agencies, International Research Organizations/Universities, CGIAR Institutes, U.N. Agencies, Biotech Companies in India and abroad, Seed Companies, State Agricultural Universities , ICAR Institutes, Non-Government Organizations and Government Agencies. He comes on board with 26 years of working experience with the organizations like the Rockefeller Foundation, International Rice Research Institute, Winrock International, Population Council, Embassy of the United States of America , Ag-biotech Company, Public Sector and the Government of India. His major contribution was to establish networking relationship amongst the multiple scientific groups in India working on "rice research" through coordination of the Rockefeller Foundation's International Program on Rice Biotechnology.
